We have experience in various injection moulds for automobiles, medicine, lighting, sports equipment, home appliances, agriculture. Currently our company has 20 excellent engineers, most of whom are well educated in the plastic injection molding industry and they are proud of their work. In order to meet the highest requirements of global enterprises, we continue to invest the latest technology, equipped with the most advanced mold manufacturing facilities, we have a complete internal injection mold manufacturing, injection molding, painting, assembly capabilities, our equipment including but not limited to :8 CNC, precision 0.005mm; 14 mirror EDM sets, 8 slow linear cutting sets, 12 injection molding machines of 40-800 tons, 1 two-dimensional projection measurement set, 1 coordinate measurement set. We can make plastic molds and die castings up to 7.5 tons and plastic parts up to 1200g. We also use advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system, which can process data in pdf, dwg, dxf, igs, stp and other formats.
